中文摘要:

自高校后勤社会化改革以来,我国的各所高校的后勤管理实践取得了令人瞩目的成果。在经济转轨时期探索出的系统的经验和方法,适应我国高校的实践,并为高校后勤改革作出了重要贡献。尽管高校后勤改革与管理方面取得了一定成果,但由于多方面的原因,近年来改革与管理创新却表现进展缓慢,与我国市场经济改革所遇到的困难相似,高校后勤服务产业的改革与发展也面临着类似的问题,高校后勤管理者所面临的管理效率的提升与服务质量的改进是当前压根迫切解决的问题。究其原因,表面上似乎只是高校后勤的服务需求与人员素质制约了后勤改革的发展空间等,但是这还不是最重要的原因;主要的根本原因还是我国高校后勤的行政干预、制度局限等;没有从市场经济服务业的视角来认真审视高校后勤服务保障体系的本质,从而制约了高校后勤保障体系的改革与发展。因此,正确审视高校后勤服务产业所面临的现状与问题,是从理论上对高校后勤改革提出有价值的改革建议的前提。

基于上述分析,本文把提升高校后勤服务质量作为出发点,将后勤服务产业社会化改革为指导,促进后勤服务体系保障质量为宗旨,在对相关理论回顾的基础上,通过文献分析、定量研究与定性研究多种研究方法的综合运用,从而构建了关于高校后勤服务保障体系运作绩效的一个较为完善的分析框架。

全文一共包括九章,其内容在逻辑安排上涵养四大部分:前面三章为第一部分,涵盖导论、相关概念、理论回顾、运营现状、分析思路等方面。对论文的研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法进行了概述;同时对高校后勤保障体系运作绩效的基本理论进行了综述与梳理,包括高校后勤管理理论、顾客感知价值理论以及绩效管理理论等;然后分析了高校后勤保障体系的顾客价值创造机理,具体从后勤服务保障体系的结构及运作过程、顾客价值链分析以及顾客价值创造过程等三方面进行概括;第二部分为第四、五、六章,涉及后勤保障体系运作绩效的实证分析。第四章阐述了高校师生感知价值与高校后勤保障体系运作绩效的影响机理,具体内容包括三个方面:高校后勤保障体系动作绩效的构成及影响因素;高校师生感知价值的构成及影响因素以及师生感知价值与高校后勤保障体系运作绩效的关系模型等。第五六章具体由此进行了实证分析,包括研究假设的提出也模型构建、数据收集与分析、模型实证检验以及研究结果汇总。第七章针对前述的实证研究进行了案例分析总结提炼出了若干方面来完善高校后勤保障体系的运作绩效。第三部分由第八章组成,分析了某高校的后勤保障体系的运作绩效案例,具体从其后勤保障体系发展现状、基于师生感知的后勤保障体系运作绩效分析、基于教师感知的后勤保障体系运作绩效分析以及运作绩效提升的策略四个方面进行。第四部分由第九章组成,对论文进行了归纳与展望,总结归纳了全文的研究结论与主要创新点,并对研究的不足以及未来的研究方向进行了展望。

本文主要理论创新之处在于:一是从顾客价值创造机理的视角对高校后勤保障体系运作绩效进行评估,为其管理质量与运作绩效的提升提供依据;二是运用管理学的实证研究手段对高校后勤保障体系的运作绩效进行了分析,为相应的科学依据提出创造了令人信服的理由;三是将定性分析与定量研究相结合,案例研究的结论与实证研究的结论形成了合理的互补,从而为相应的管理对策的提出提供了科学的依据。

实践意义上,本研究可以与高校后勤服务这个事业性较强的组织相结合,有很好的研究价值,可以丰富和完善我国在高校后勤管理方面的实践探索。对高校后勤保障体系运作中问题的成因的探讨,为高校后勤保障体系运作的绩效和质量改进提供指导。本研究的预期结果也能为高校后勤报务产业的改进思路提供相应的指导策略。
